PROCESSING CONDITION:
Optimum pH: 5.5;
pH range: Relative activity remains on above 80% at pH4.5-7;
Optimum temperature: 55 degree centigrade;
Temperature range: Relative activity remains on above 60% at T45-60℃;
Acid resistance: Activity is above 80% after acidic treatment for 4 hours at pH3.0-7.0;
Heat resistance: Activity is above 80% after heat-treatment for 10 min at T 30-60℃.

UNIT DEFINITION:
1 unit of α-galactosidase activity (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1 micromole of paranitrophenol per minute from 10 mmol/L of paranitrophenol-α-D-galactopyranose solution at pH 5.5 and 37 degrees centigrade.

APPLICATION FIELDS & EFFICACY:
I--For Food Grade:
--In beet sugar manufacturing: in the production process of beet sugar, there are lots of raffinose which will bring bad effect on the extract of the crystallization of sucrose, Using the alpha-galactosidase can not only hydrolyze parts of raffinose to release sucrose but also can increase the precipitation rate of the sugar;
--Manufacture dietary supplements;
--In other food industry.

II--For Feed Grade:
--Used as poultry feed supplement enzyme to promote healthy & growth, promote nutrition;
--Degrade resistance factor as α-galactoside in feed and reduce chime viscosity in intestine;
--Decrease the anti-nutritional factor in feed and promote the absorption of nutrients;
--Degrade the flatulence factor in soybean and decrease incidence of diarrhea;
--Increase animal’s immunity and reduce the prevalence of disease.

PACKAGING & DELIVERY:
20/25kg/bag or drum; Or package as per requirement.
1 x 20’FCL can contain 10 -13 tons if in bag type package.

STORAGE:
This product is an active biological preparation. It should be stored and transported in a cool, dry and ventilated place avoiding sunlight.

SHELF LIFE:
Under favorable storage condition of below 25°C, the shelf life is 12 months.
Notice: Tighten the pocket mouth after each usage to avoid pollution or damp.

SAFETY:
Enzyme preparations belong to protein, which may induce sensitization and cause allergic type reactions in sensitized individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contiguity with human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor.
