Yzym-nutri is a series of Complex Enzyme for Animal Nutrition, which are designed and formulated by our animal’s nutritionists and microbiologists according to the characteristics of the livestock and poultry’s digestive system and the nutrition of their usual feedstuff through biological tests. All of the components are made from excellent strains through liquid deep fermentation and extraction technique. The abundant feeding experiments have proved that the products function well, and they are now being widely used.

UNIT DEFINITION:
--Cellulase: 1 unit of acid cellulase equals to the amount of enzyme which hydrolyze CMC-Na to get 1μmol of reducing sugar (in glucose) in 1min. at 50℃ and pH 4.8.
--Xylanase: 1 Xylanase unit (u) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmole xylose from 5mg/mL substrate solution (Oat Xylan) in 1 minute at 37°C and at pH 5.5.
--β-Glucanase: 1 unit of β- Glucanase equals to the amount of enzyme which hydrolyze barley β-glucosan to get 1μmol of reducing sugar (in glucose) in 1min. at 50℃ and pH 4.8.
--Pectinase: One unit (u) of Pectinase equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes pectin to get 1 µg of reducing sugar (galacturonic acid) in 1 min. at 50°C and pH3.5.
--Mannase: 1 unit (u) of mannase is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmole reducing sugar per minute from 3mg/mL mannan at 37.0°C and at pH 5.5 under the condition of the test.
--Bacterial alpha-amylase: 1 unit of bacterial α-amylase equals to the amount of enzyme which liquidizes 1g of soluble starch at 60℃ and pH6.0 in 1h.
--Acid Protease: 1 unit of acid protease equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes casein to get 1 µg of tyrosine in 1 min. at 40℃ and pH3.0.
--Neutral Protease: 1 unit of neutral protease equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes casein to get 1 µg of tyrosine in 1 min. at 30℃ and pH7.5.

APPLICATION FIELD:
It is usually used as an animal feed supplement in livestock and poultry.
The product should be stirred thoroughly with feed upon using. It should be pre-mixed with slight amount of feed, then mix with big quantity of feed, and feed directly.

EFFICACY:
--Supplement the endogenic enzymes of the livestock and poultry by supplying exogenous cellulase, xylanase, β-glucanase, pectinase, mannase, bacterial alpha-amylase, acid protease or neutral protease;
--Destroy the structure of the cell wall in feedstuff, release the nutrients like mineral elements, starch, and protein, to increase the volatility fatty acid (VFA), enhance the utilization of protein, carbohydrate and fat contained in the feedstuff, and increase the daily weight gain of the animals;
--Decompose the non-starch polysaccharides (NSP) which go into small intestine, to improve the digestion and absorption of nutrition, increase the feed-using rate;
--Degrade phytic acid into inositol, phosphoinositide or phosphoric acid, and eliminate the simple-stomach animal’s anti-nutrient action due to non-decomposition of phytic acid, so as to improve the utility of nutrition and reduce the environmental pollution caused by using of phosphorus;
--Enhance immunity, reduce digestive system disease and nutrient metabolism disease, and increase the animals’ anti-heat stress capacity.

FUNCTION MECHANISM:
There were many anti-nutrition factors in feedstuff, especially for high content non-starch polysaccharides (NSP) materials, which resist nutrition factors and make it difficult for the feed nutrients to be digested by animals, thus to cause the animal’s indigestion, thick dropping, and hypo genesis. If we add enzymes such as β-glucanase, xylanase and cellulase into the feedstuff especially for the simple-stomach poultry with poor endogenous enzymes, the complex enzymes could break down the resistance nutrition factors, release the nutrient, reduce the viscosity of chyme, make the nutrient fully absorbed, decrease the bacterial substrate in the ileum, control reproduction of the harmful animalcule, prevent diarrhea, improve the utilization efficiency of feedstuff and reduce the environmental pollution.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
100-200g/MT for complete feed. Increase dosage after shelf life.

USAGE:
The following methods can be chosen as per practical situation:
1. Direct adding method: on the basis of original recipe, add directly.
2. Adjusting the formulation method: to adjust the materials in the original recipe or lower the concentration of nutrients so as to make the cost of the enzyme-adding recipe lower than that of the original, and the effect is the same as or even better than that of the original.
For daily feed with high digestive efficiency on high protein or feed, the apparent metabolic energy in feed will be reduced by 2-3% upon adding this product; if amino acid is provided sufficiently, the protein will be reduced by 1.5-2%.

STORAGE:
Should be stored and transported in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place avoiding sunlight.

EXPIRATION:
Minimum of 12 months from date of production when keep in a dry, well ventilated and cool place with packaging unopened.
Increase dosage after shelf life.

SAFETY:
Enzyme preparations belong to protein, which may induce sensitization and cause allergic type reactions in sensitized individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contiguity with human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor.
