UNIT DEFINITION: 1 unit of Neutral Cellulase equals to the amount of enzyme which hydrolyze CMC-Na to get 1μmol of reducing sugar (in glucose) in 1min. at 50℃ and pH 4.8.
APPLICATION FIELDS & EFFICACY: --Clear-cut-finish processing of cotton fabric, blended fabric, linen/ramie fabric and other fabric containing cellulose; --Besides industrial washing machine, it can also be used in jet-type overflow dyeing machine and other equipments with strong water flow mechanical force; --Increase the anti-pilling resistance, soft feel and bright color of fabrics; --Wash clothes using 0.5% detergent and 0.75% soda for 5 minutes at 72℃, liquor ratio 10:1.
PACKAGING & DELIVERY: 1. For liquid: 1,125kgs/25kgs/30kgs/drum. 2. For powder: 20/25kgs/bag or drum. Or package as per requirement.
STORAGE: The product is an active biological preparation. It should be stored and transported in a cool, dry and ventilated place avoiding sunlight.
SHELF LIFE: Under favorable storage condition, the shelf life is 12 months. Notice: Tighten the lid after each usage to avoid pollution or damp.
SAFETY: Enzyme preparations belong to protein, which may induce sensitization and cause allergic type reactions in sensitized individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contiguity with human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor. |
