Yzym-PEC is a series of concentrated pectinase enzymes made from the strain of Aspergillus niger by submerged liquid fermentation and refined extraction technology. Pectinase is a general term for a variety of enzymes, which consists of polymethylgalacturonatelyase (PMGL), polygalacturonase (PG), Polygalacturonate-lyase (PGL) and pectinesterase (PE). It can be used in fruit juice, vegetable juice and wine processing and in animal feed, hemp material degumming, wood preservation industries, etc. Standards: FCC, FDA, WHO or UECFA. Grade: Food or Feed Grade. HS: 35079090.

FUNCTION CONDITION: Effective pH range 3.5-6.0, optimum 3.5-4.0; Temperature range 25-55°C, optimum 45-50 °C.
UNIT DEFINITION: One unit (u) of Pectinase equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes pectin to get 1 μg of reducing sugar (galacturonic acid) in 1 min. at 50°C and pH3.5.
APPLICATION FIELD & EFFICACY: 1. Used in fruit juice, vegetable juice, wine, and vine processing. --Fully decompose the pectin and various sediments in grape juice, and rapidly clarify the grape juice; --Reduce the viscosity of grape juice to a concentration of 700BX or even higher; --Speed up ultra-filtration, and decreases the number of washes of ultra-membrane; --Effectively prevent producing muddiness, and guarantee stockpile period and stability. 2. Used as feed additive. --Improve daily gain, reduce feed conversion ratio and the nutrient content of animal feces, so to promote the growth performance, increase feed efficiency and alleviate pollution to the environment; --Enhance poultry immune function and improve poultry anti-stress; --Has a positive influence on the microbial balance in the gut and improves viscosity of the gut at the same time. It can reduce the adverse impact through the process of chime viscosity absorbing the nourishment; --Break down the middle lamella and the plant cell walls, reduce the chime viscosity, and release the nutrients such as proteins and polysaccharides. (Pectin is the large polysaccharide molecules, made up mainly of chains of several hundred galacturonic acid residues; it does not exist in corn and is mainly located in the middle lamella and the primary cell wall in legumina; it is the jelly-like matrix which helps cement plant cells together.)
FUNCTIONS: 1. for fruit juice: It can degrade pectin in plant tissues and can be used in fruit juice, vegetable juice and wine processing. 2. For Feed Stuff: This product of pectinase is designed to be an animal feed supplement accompanying with plant feedstuffs of high pectin content. It degrades the pectin in plant tissues and then releases the nutrients such as proteins and polysaccharides, so as to improve the feed efficiency and enhance immune function of the livestock.
PACKAGING & DELIVERY: 1. For liquid: 20/25kgs/drum; or 1,125kgs/drum. 2. For powder: 20/25kgs/bag. Or package as per requirement.
STORAGE: Should be stored and transported in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place avoiding sunlight.
EXPIRATION: Stable for 6 months when stored in original unopened package at 4°C- 8°C; 25°C, 6 months, activity remains 90%; 9 months, activity remains ≥85%.
SAFETY: Enzyme preparations belong to protein, which may induce sensitization and cause allergic type reactions in sensitized individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contiguity with human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor. |
