Yzym-FAA FEED is a series of powder-type concentrated fungal alpha-amylase produced by submerged fermentation. It can catalyze the hydrolysis of alpha – 1, 4 – glycosidic linkages of starch polysaccharides to yield dextrin, oligosaccharides, maltose and D – glucose. It is widely used in brewery and manufacture of alcohol, food processing, feed additives, leather processing, etc.

Customized Enzyme Activity:

FUNCTION CONDITION:
Effective pH range 4.0-6.6, optimum 4.8-5.8;
Temperature range 20-60°C, optimum 45-60 °C.

UNIT DEFINITION:
One fungal alpha-amylase unit is defined as the amount of enzyme which liquefies 1g of soluble starch per hour, at 40℃ and pH 5.0 under the condition of test.

APPLICATION FIELD & EFFICACY:
Used as feed additive:
--Supply the deficiency of the endogenous amylase of young animal;
--Hydrolyze starch containing in feed to generate dextrin and sugar, increase the utilization of feedstuff;
--Reduce the high viscosity of the starch slurry, facilitate the contact between digestive enzymes and chyme so as to improve nutrition absorption and utilization;
--Improve the utilization of energy, lower feed conversion ratio and improve animal production performance.

DOSAGE:
Recommend 10-20g/MT of complete feed (use 100,000u/g).

PACKAGING & DELIVERY:
20/25kg net /bag or drum. Or package as per requirement.

STORAGE:
Store in the dry, ventilation and shaded place, avoid high temperature and humidity.

EXPIRATION:
Stable for 12 months, in original unopened package, under ordinary temperature.

Enzyme preparations belong to protein, which may induce sensitization and cause allergic type reactions in sensitized individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contiguity with human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor.
