Yzym-BG FEED is a series of β-glucanase preparations made from Trichoderma reesei through deep liquid fermentation and extraction technique. It belongs to endo-hydrolytic enzyme, which can catalyze the β-Glucosan in plants efficiently into glucose and other low molecular material, so as to reduce the viscosity of processed plants and animal chymus. PROCESSING CONDITION: pH: 3.0~7.0, Optimum at 5.0; Temperature: 30~75℃, Optimum at 50℃.
UNIT DEFINITION: 1 unit of β- Glucanase equals to the amount of enzyme which hydrolyze barley β-glucosan to get 1μmol of reducing sugar (in glucose) in 1min. at 50℃ and pH 4.8.
APPLICATION FIELD & EFFICACY: Used as feed additive: --Reduce the viscosity of the chyme in the intestinal, break the framework of plant cell wall, eliminate its anti-nutritive role, and improve the yielding capacity of the animals and improve animal’s absorption of feedstuff; --Improve the feedstuffs metabolizable energy, accelerate the nutrient uptake and utilization, and reinforce the profitability of the feedstuffs and breeding enterprise; --Eliminate the inhibition that the β-glucan has on the endogenous enzyme, prevent the compensatory hypertrophy of the peptic; --Generate abundant of functional oligosaccharide, improve the body immunity; --Optimize the proportion of coarse and concentrated materials; --Reduce the release of nitrogen and phosphor.

STORAGE: This product is active biological preparation, should be stored and transported in a cool, dry and ventilated place avoiding sunlight.
SHELF LIFE: Under favorable storage condition under 25℃, the shelf life is 12 months. Notice: tighten the lid after each usage to avoid pollution or damp.
SAFETY: Enzyme preparations belong to protein, which may induce sensitization and cause allergic type reactions in sensitized individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contiguity with human body should be avoided.
