Yzym-PA Food is a series of powder-type papain preparation which belongs to the thiol (-SH) endopeptidase papain, an endolytic cysteine protease isolated from the tropical fruit papaya enzyme through biological purification technology, which has strong biological activity and the decomposing ability of protein. UNIT DEFINITION:
One unit of papain activity is defined as the amount of enzyme that releases the equivalent amount of 1mg tyrosine from casein per minute at pH 6.0 and temperature 37℃.

APPLICATION FIELD:
1. Food industry;
2. Brewing industry in beer and juice clarification.

FUNCTIONS:
1. Food Industry:
By adopting enzymatic reaction, it can make food macromolecules hydrolysis into small molecular peptide or amino acids, to effectively transform protein, greatly improve the food nutrition value, and help in the absorption of nutrition and digestion of human body.
2. Beer Brewing:
In beer industry it improves the gum and keeps the chill haze stability of beer in maturation period by cleaving the internal bonds of proteins, chopping them into smaller non-visible units; It can also chillproof the beer without any modification of beer organoleptic properties in brewing application.

PACKAGING & DELIVERY:
1. 25kg/drum with two plastic-bags inside;
2. Aluminum foil bag, 1kg/bag, 10bags/ctn or 20bags/ctn;
3. Or package as per requirement.

STORAGE:
This product is an active biological preparation. It should be stored and transported in a cool, dry and ventilated place avoiding sunlight.
It should be stored in a cool place, avoiding high temperature.

SHELF LIFE:
12 months under 25°C in cool and dry place. Avoid the high temperature and direct sunlight;
Tighten the pocket mouth after each usage to avoid pollution or damp.

SAFETY:
Enzyme preparations belong to protein, which may induce sensitization and cause allergic type reactions in sensitized individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contiguity with human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor.
