Yzym-XY
-- Series of Xylanase
Yzym-XY is series of xylanase enzymes made from Trichoderma reesei through deep fermentation and extraction technique. Xylan is the second most abundant polysaccharide and a major component of plant cell wall and plant structure tissue. As one of the important part of hemicellulose, xylan is always combined with cellulose, xylogen and the others existing in the plant. Cereal xylans contain large quantities of L-arabinose and are therefore often referred to as arabinoxylans. Xylanase degrades β-1,4-xylosidase from xylan molecule and hydrolysate it into xylo-oligosaccharides and xylose. So it is widely applied in industries of beer brewing, distillery, animal feed, paper and pulp and etc. EINECS No.: 253-439-7 CAS No.: 9025-57-4 MF: C6H10O5 Grade: Food (Baking and Beer), Feed, Paper Making. HS: 35079090.

PROCESSING CONDITION: Temperature: 30~70℃, optimum at 60℃; pH: 4.0~6.5, optimum 5.0.
UNIT DEFINITION: One unit of xylanase is defined as the amount of enzyme needed to release 1umol reducing sugar from 5mg/mL xylan solution in 1 minute at pH5.5 and 37°C.
APPLICATION FIELD & EFFICACY: 1. In baking industry. --Enhance the dough elasticity with easier making; --Optimize the gluten network of the dough and reduce stickiness; --Shorten the process of the dough formation and stabilization; --Improve the crumb structure and magnify the dough and bread volume significantly; --Improve the water holding capacity of the bakery food; --Improve the taste and skin color of the bakery food; --Reduce bread staling and increase the shelf life of bread. The enzyme can substitute the addition of different emulsifiers and other chemical additives used in bread production. There is an increasing trend in baking industry towards the application of xylanase in bread production. 2. In beer brewing industry. --It can be used to degrade non-starch polysaccharide during beer brewing, especially for brewing of wheat or wheat malt; --Decrease the viscosity of malt and steep tank, increase the filtration rate of malt, increase the usage of saccharify equipment and raw material; --Eliminate or decrease the turbidity caused by non-starch polysaccharide. 3. In animal feed and nutrition. Xylan is contained commonly in a variety of feed materials, like wheat, rye, rye-wheat, corn, soybean meal, which contain a rich amount of pentosan. These cereal feeds cause a high viscosity in the intestinal tract of animals and prevents the digestive absorption of protein and fat. Xylanase can degrade the linear polysaccharide beta-1,4-xylan into xylose, reduce non-starch polysaccharides in animal feed, thus breaks down hemicellulose, a major component of plant cell walls, eliminate the anti-nutritional factors, reduce viscosity of materials, promote the release of effective substances and absorption of nutrient substances by animals, so as to improve the feed efficiency. --Break the plant cell wall and degrade xylan - the anti-nutritional factor, to release nutrients and improve feed utilization; --Decrease feed viscosity by degrading polysaccharides to some small molecular fragments, reducing their ability to hold water and trap water-soluble nutrients, enhancing the contact between nutrients and digesting enzymes, increasing the nutrient digesting and utilizing rate, increasing feed intake and subsequent growth; --Prevent diarrhea by promoting the growth of beneficial bacterium and suppressing breed of pathogen in enteric canal of animal, raise immunity; --Optimize the proportion of coarse and concentrated materials, enlarge alternative raw materials, shorten the quality discrepancy among different batches of feed raw materials and stabilize the feed product quality; --Decrease the fecal viscosity, reduce the dirty eggs and improve the egg quality; --Accelerate the nitrogen and phosphor absorption, promote the economic efficiency and reduce the environmental pollution; --Followed table shows the recommended dosage of xylanase with 10,000u/g in complete feed:

In paper industry, the interspaces of pulp matrix are always blocked by xylan and xylogen, and thus to cause the lower quality of paper and pulp, reduce the bleaching efficiency, lower paper whiteness, lead to overuse of bleach agents and environmental issues by waste water pollution. This product is developed to effectively degrade xylan in pulp, help separate the pulp cellulose from xylogen, xylan and other impurities, thus to improve the pulp quality and paper whiteness, reducing cost of pulp treatment and waste water treatment. --Improve the pulp bleach ability (added to pulp after cooking or oxygen delignification and prior to bleaching). It can reduce 15-60% bleach usage; --Improve speed of pulp filtration by 5-10% per hour and improve pulp yielding, thus reduce the production cost and increase the production efficiency; --Whiten the paper with the same amount of bleach by degrading xylan without cellulase; --Strengthen the fiber and keep the pulp fiber in good quality; --Lower COD and BOD of the waste water and decrease time and cost of waste water treatment.

STORAGE: Xylanase is an active biological preparation, should be stored and transported in a cool, dry and ventilated place avoiding sunlight.
EXPIRATION: Under favorable storage condition, the shelf life is 18 months. Notice: Tighten the lid after each usage to avoid pollution or damp.
SAFETY: Enzyme preparations belong to protein, which may induce sensitization and cause allergic type reactions in sensitized individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contiguity with human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor. |
