Yzym-BR JUICE is a series of powder-type Bromelain preparation which is generally extracted from the stems of pineapples. The broad substrate specificity of Bromalin enables the enzyme to easily and efficiently hydrolyze most soluble proteins. The Proteins from hemoglobin, gelatin, soybean, fish and others are hydrolyzed to lower molecular weight peptides and amino acids which are soluble in trichloroacetic acid. UNIT DEFINITION:
One unit of Bromelain equals to the amount of enzyme which hydrolyzes filter casein to get trichloroacetic acid whose absorbency under 275nm wavelength equals to 1μg of tyrosine.

APPLICATION FIELD & EFFICACY:
Used for clarification in fruit and vegetable juice industry.

PACKAGING & DELIVERY:
1. 25kg/drum with two plastic-bags inside;
2. Aluminum foil bag, 1kg/bag, 10bags/ctn or 20bags/ctn;
3. Or package as per requirement.

STORAGE:
This product is an active biological preparation. It should be stored and transported in a cool, dry and ventilated place avoiding sunlight.

SHELF LIFE:
12 months under 25°C in cool and dry place. Avoid the high temperature and direct sunlight;
Tighten the pocket mouth after each usage to avoid pollution or damp.

SAFETY:
Enzyme preparations belong to protein, which may induce sensitization and cause allergic type reactions in sensitized individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contiguity with human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor.
