Yzym-GA Ethanol is a series of liquid-type or powder-type glucoamylase (Glucan 1,4-α-glucosidase) , which is made from Aspergillus niger through cultivation and extraction technique.

Customized Enzyme Activity:

UNIT DEFINITION:
1 unit of Glucoamylase equals to the amount of enzyme which hydrolyzes soluble starch to get 1mg glucose at 40℃ and pH4.6 in 1h.

APPLICATION FIELD:
Used in the industry of alcohol, distillate spirits, beer brewing, organic acid, sugar and the glycation of antibiotic industrial material.

PROCESSING CONDITION:
Temperature: Favorable at 58-60℃;
pH: Stable 3.0-5.5, optimum 4.0-4.5

PACKAGING & DELIVERY:
1. For liquid: 25kgs/drum; or 1,125kgs/drum.
2. For powder: 20/25kgs/bag or drum.
Or package as per requirement.

STORAGE:
Should be stored and transported in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place avoiding sunlight.

DOSAGE:
80-120u per gram of amylum material (only for reference).

SHELF LIFE:
25℃, 6 months, enzymatic activity remains ≥95%. Increase dosage after shelf life.
