-- Series of Acid Cellulase

Yzym-ACE is a series of acid cellulase preparations (carboxymethyl cellulase: CMCase) [EC3.2.1.4.] made from excellent strain of Trichoderma reesei through deep liquid fermentation and extraction technique. It is a compound cellulase preparation with some activity of hemi-cellulase. It can hydrolyze 1,4-beta-D-glycosidic linkages in cellulose, lichenin and cereal beta-D-glucans with the following effect: 1) Break the non-covalent interactions present in the crystalline structure of cellulose (endo-cellulase); 2) Hydrolyze the individual cellulose fibers to break it into smaller sugars (exo-cellulase); 3) Hydrolyze disaccharides and tetrasaccharides into glucose (beta-glucosidase).

PROCESSING CONDITION:
Temperature: 30~70℃, optimum at 60℃;
pH: 4.0~6.5, optimum 4.6

UNIT DEFINITION:
1 unit of acid cellulase equals to the amount of enzyme which hydrolyze CMC-Na to get 1μmol of reducing sugar (in glucose) in 1min. at 50℃ and pH 4.8.

APPLICATION FIELD & EFFICACY:
1. Food Grade:
--In fruit/vegetable juice processing, it can accelerate peel removal and filtration, so as to prolong the shelf life of ultra-filtration or micro-filtration membrane; Decrease the viscosity of primary liquid, increase juice yield and content of sugar and soluble solid, increase the clarity of fruit juice or wine;
--In fruit/vegetable screenings processing and extraction of saponin / alkaloid / volatile oils chemical compound, it can work together with pectinase and hemi-cellulase to hydrolyze cellulose.
--In brewing industry, it can hydrolyze the compound carbonhydrate in cell wall;
--Coffee processing;
--Extraction of plant active ingredient.
2. Used as feed additive for pig, broiler and cattle.
As a feed additive, it helps to improve animal digestibility; increase weight gain, milk yield; improve laying performance; and enhance anti-disease ability.
1. Break the plant cell wall, completely release the nutrient, increases the nutrient digestion and absorption;
2. Reduce viscosity of chyme, improve the microorganism flora in the animal intestinal, prevent diarrhea;
3. Increasing the capacity of the immunity and anti stress;
4. Lessen the quality discrepancy among different batches of feed raw materials; improve the uniformity of the animal group;
5. Reduce the nutrient content in the animal excrement; improve the animal house environment;

STORAGE:
This product is an active biological preparation. It should be stored and transported in a cool, dry and ventilated place avoiding sunlight.

SHELF LIFE:
Under favorable storage condition, the shelf life is 12 months.
Notice: Tighten the lid after each usage to avoid pollution or damp.

SAFETY:
Enzyme preparations belong to protein, which may induce sensitization and cause allergic type reactions in sensitized individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contiguity with human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor.
