Yzym-BG Beer is a series of β-glucanase preparations made from excellent strain through deep liquid fermentation and extraction technique. It belongs to endo-hydrolytic enzyme which can catalyze the β-Glucosan in plants efficiently into glucose and other low molecular material, so as to reduce the viscosity of processed plants and animal chymus.

PROCESSING CONDITION:
Temperature: 30~70℃, optimum at 60℃;
pH: 4.0~6.5, optimum 5.0;
Notice: at more than 80℃ for 10 min., enzyme will be inactive totally.

UNIT DEFINITION:
1 unit of β- Glucanase equals to the amount of enzyme which hydrolyze barley β-glucosan to get 1μmol of reducing sugar (in glucose) in 1min. at 50℃ and pH 4.8.

APPLICATION FIELD:
--Beer brewing;
--Starch processing

EFFICACY:
Used in beer brewery:
--Decrease the viscosity of wort, increase the filtration performance of wort and beer, so as to increase wort’s clarity;
--Increase the extractum of saccharified malt to promote ferment ability;
--Increase beer’s colloidal stability and decrease non-biological stability;
--Increase the efficiency of filtration membrane, so as to prolong its shelf life during the processing of draft beer;
--Make beer looks clean and clear, with excellent bubble appearance and bubble adherence to glass.

USAGE METHOD:
--Put this product into mash kettle directly;
--Dissolve this product for 10 min. using saccharify water at 10~60℃, then mix it into mash kettle;
--Can be used together with neutral protease according to the requirement of amino nitrogen in malt.

PACKAGING & DELIVERY:
1. For liquid: 25kgs/drum; or 1,125kgs/drum.
2. For powder: 25kgs/bag.
Or package as per requirement.

STORAGE:
This product is active biological preparation, should be stored and transported in a cool, dry and ventilated place avoiding sunlight.

SHELF LIFE:
Under favorable storage condition, the shelf life is 12 months.
Notice: Tighten the lid after each usage to avoid pollution or damp.

SAFETY:
Enzyme preparations belong to protein, which may induce sensitization and cause allergic type reactions in sensitized individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contiguity with human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor.
