Yzym-PAN
-- Series of Pancreatin
Yzym-PAN is a series of Pancreatin, which is a digestive enzyme that is extracted from the exocrine cells of healthy (usually porcine) pancreas by our exclusive activation-extraction technology. Porcine pancreas contains Trypsin (Parenzyme, EC 3.4.4.4), amylopsin and pancrelipase, etc. with strong protein and fat resolve ability. The trypsin found in pancreatin works to hydrolyze proteins into oligopeptides; amylase hydrolyzes starches into oligosaccharides and the disaccharide maltose; and lipase hydrolyzes triglycerides into fatty acids and glycerols. Pancreatin is an effective enzyme supplement for replacing missing pancreatic enzymes, and aids in the digestion of foods in cases of pancreatic insufficiency.

UNIT DEFINITION: 1 unit of each gram Trypsin (pancreatic protease) equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes casein in 1 min. at most suitable temperature and pH value to get 1μg of soluble matter whose absorbance matches that of tyrosine at 275 nm.
PROCESSING CONDITION: --Suitable pH: 7.0-8.0; --Optimum temperature: 50-55℃; Its activity will disappear in case of boiling its solution or under acidity condition. It can help digesting protein, starch and fat under the pH of 6.8-8.5. The optimum amount of the enzyme must be in accordance with the specific production.
APPLICATION FIELD & EFFICACY: --Used as pharmaceutical raw materials to cure indigestion, loss of appetite, dysfunction of digestive system caused by liver or pancreatic gland disease and indigestion caused by diabetes. It helps the people with cystic fibrosis, food allergies, celiac disease, autoimmune disease, cancer, and weight loss; --Food industry for meat tenderization, sea food and other extract; --Animal/vegetable hydrolysis (tablets/capsules/powders) as a digestive aid; --Leather depilation and skin’s softening; --Textile for silk degumming; --Laundry industry; --Dairy industry; --Silver’s recycle from the photographic film.
PACKAGING & DELIVERY: Package 20 or 25kg/drum or ctn. Or upon customers’ request.
SHELF LIFE: Two years under well storage situation and should be stored away from direct sun light.
STORAGE: Stored in a cool & dry well-closed container,; Keep away from moisture and strong light/heat.
SAFETY: Enzyme preparations belong to protein, which may induce sensitization and cause allergic type reactions in sensitized individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contiguity with human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor. |
