PROCESSING CONDITION: Temperature: 30~60℃ pH: 4-7
UNIT DEFINITION: 1 unit of Lactase (Beta-Galactosidase) equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes oNPG (o-nitropheny-D-galactopyranoside) substrate to get 1μmol ONP in 1 min. at 37℃ and pH4.5.
APPLICATION FIELDS & EFFICACY: Dairy processing: milk, yogurt, ice cream, desserts, butter and cheese.
PACKAGING & DELIVERY: 25kgs/bag or frum. Or package as per requirement.
STORAGE: Should be stored and transported in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place avoiding sunlight.
SHELF LIFE: 25℃, 12 months, enzymatic activity remain≥95%; Increase dosage after shelf life.
