Yzym-nutriPO2 is a type of complex feed enzymes with super efficacy designed and formulated by our animal’s nutritionists and microbiologists especially for the poultry and produced through liquid deep fermentation and purification technique. The product is suitable for the poultry’s digestion features and in match with different daily feed. It can reduce the viscosity of excrement, prevent diarrhea, raise daily weight gain, enhance digestive function, regulate immunity, degrade the anti-nutrient in the feed, increase the utilizing-efficiency of daily feed and protein, save the usage amount of the regular materials, stabilize the quality of the feedstuff, improve the production performance of the animals and decrease the environmental pollution. The abundant feeding experiments have proved that the product functions well, and it is now being widely used.

Main Components and Enzymatic Activity:
Cellulase 200u/g; Xylanase 3,000u/g; β-Glucanase 1,000u/g; Pectinase 50u/g; Mannase 150u/g; Bacterial alpha-amylase 150u/g; Acid Protease 1,000u/g; Neutral Protease 2,000u/g.

UNIT DEFINITION:
Cellulase: 1 unit of acid cellulase equals to the amount of enzyme which hydrolyze CMC-Na to get 1μmol of reducing sugar (in glucose) in 1min. at 50℃ and pH 4.8.
--Xylanase: 1 Xylanase unit (u) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmole xylose from 5mg/mL substrate solution (Oat Xylan) in 1 minute at 37°C and at pH 5.5.
--β-Glucanase: 1 unit of β- Glucanase equals to the amount of enzyme which hydrolyze barley β-glucosan to get 1μmol of reducing sugar (in glucose) in 1min. at 50℃ and pH 4.8.
--Pectinase: One unit (u) of Pectinase equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes pectin to get 1 μg of reducing sugar (galacturonic acid) in 1 min. at 50°C and pH3.5.
--Mannase: 1 unit (u) of mannase is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmole reducing sugar per minute from 3mg/mL mannan at 37.0°C and at pH 5.5 under the condition of the test.
--Bacterial alpha-amylase: 1 unit of bacterial α-amylase equals to the amount of enzyme which liquidizes 1g of soluble starch at 60℃ and pH6.0 in 1h.
--Acid Protease: 1 unit of acid protease equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes casein to get 1 μg of tyrosine in 1 min. at 40℃ and pH3.0.
--Neutral Protease: 1 unit of neutral protease equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes casein to get 1 μg of tyrosine in 1 min. at 30℃ and pH7.5.

APPLICATION FIELD:
It is usually used as an animal feed supplement for poultry.
The product should be stirred thoroughly with feed upon using. It should be pre-mixed with slight amount of feed, then mix with big quantity of feed, and feed directly.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
70-200g/MT for complete feed. Increase dosage after shelf life.

EFFICACY:
--Supply exogenous cellulase, xylanase, β-glucanase, pectinase mannase, bacterial alpha-amylase, protease, and neutral protease for the poultry that has the simple-stomach and less endogenous enzymes;
--Increase the volatility fatty acid (VFA) to improve the energy-using rate;
--Decompose the non-starch polysaccharides (NSP) which go into small intestine, improve the digestion and absorption of nutrition, to increase the feed-using rate;
--Enhance immunity, reduce digestive system disease and nutrient metabolism disease, and increase the anti-heat stress capacity.

FUNCTION MECHANISM:
The poultry is the simple-stomach and short-enterons animals which usually can not produce the enzymes that can break down the non-starch polysaccharides (NSP) material which may cause low utilization rate of feedstuff and affect production performance of poultry. Meanwhile, the daily feed contains the anti-nutrients such as NSP. The product is designed and produced especially for the poultry to solve the these problems by lowering the chyme viscosity of the enterons of the poultry, decomposing the components of the cell wall in the feedstuff, to release the nutrients and increase the digestive efficiency of the protein in poultry.

STORAGE:
Should be stored and transported in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place avoiding sunlight.

EXPIRATION:
Minimum of 12 months from date of production when keep in a dry, well ventilated and cool place with packaging unopened.

SAFETY:
Enzyme preparations belong to protein, which may induce sensitization and cause allergic type reactions in sensitized individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contiguity with human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor.
